All transactions on the 02jl16 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred as a result of transactions made in a different currency are the sole responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching the details registered on your 02jl16 account. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not claimed or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 02jl16 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. You may close your 02jl16 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
